But what skills requirements are needed along the PtX value chain? And what are potential skills gaps and educational barriers in Namibia&#8217;s PtX sector? How can Namibia develop a skills development programme that enhances employability?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To shed light on these questions, our Namibian team and experts from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renac.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Renewables Academy (RENAC)<\/a> presented the recently launched <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ptx-hub.org\/publication\/study-skills-needs-assessment-in-namibias-ptx-sector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">skills needs &amp; gap analysis in Namibia\u2019s PtX sector<\/a><\/strong> in a webinar on 7 November 2023.
