However, the way in which ammonia is produced \u2013 and the scale at which it is produced \u2013 is undergoing significant change. Traditional large-scale, centralised production facilities are being complemented by innovative small-scale technologies tailored to local needs and resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dechema.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DECHEMA e.V.<\/a>, under the umbrella of the International PtX Hub, organised an insightful panel discussion on international perspectives on large- and small-scale ammonia production on November 13, 2024. After a keynote speech by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marc-van-doorn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marc van Doorn<\/a>, Ammonia Europe, on the current state and future perspectives of green ammonia, a panel discussion was held with experts from the industry. The panelists were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/marc-van-doorn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marc van Doorn<\/a>, Ammonia Europe and Fertiberia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kerry-mclaughlin-7b7b7099\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Kerry McLaughlin<\/a>, Nium, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/john-nutt-83025532\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">John Nutt<\/a>, Hive Energy, Catalina Machicao, Austria Energy and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/vahidmonadjem\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vahid Monadjem<\/a>, Talus Renewables. Elisabeth Kriegsmann, Advisor at the International PtX Hub moderated the webinar.
