H2Uppp, the International Hydrogen Ramp Up Programme from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) invites German and European companies and local companies to submit their ideas for green hydrogen and PtX projects in selected partner countries.
The implementing Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH offers up to 2 million Euro as public contribution in public private cooperation projects (PPPs), if this is matched by a private contribution from companies of at least the same size.
The selected countries for these Calls for Proposals include:

- Egypt
- India
- Morocco
- Mexico
- Namibia
- Nigeria
- Thailand
- Tunisia
- Turkey
- South Africa
- Ukraine
- Uruguay
