Webinar: Skills needs & gap analysis in Namibia’s PtX sector

Namibia aims to develop a supportive ecosystem for the green hydrogen and Power-to-X (PtX) sectors, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. But what skills requirements are needed along the PtX value chain? And what are potential skills gaps and educational barriers in Namibia's PtX sector? How can Namibia develop a skills development programme that enhances employability?

To shed light on these questions, our Namibian team and experts from the Renewables Academy (RENAC) presented the recently launched skills needs & gap analysis in Namibia’s PtX sector in a webinar on 7 November 2023. They discussed methodology, findings and recommendations for a Skills Development Programme:
